Why Free Your Voice

I have been there. With all the restrictions, fears, not knowing my worth and all the fun stuff.

I felt closed and limited in my expressions for many years as i was younger, for many different reasons.

The first time I shared a song for other people in ceremony, as i started playing i totally blacked out, and then the next thing i remembered was being at the end of the song in full sweat, not fully sure what was going on. This made me deeply curious about what was happening inside of my body and system. The catalyst for my study with the healing power of sound & vibration.

Here comes the study of the voice and oneself. Our words (inner & outer) affect our vibration inside & out. Opening my voice, opening the channels of the body and getting clear about my intentions has been a deeply transformative journey. To feel that my words & actions have an impact, can help & inspire others, that I am a part of this universe and our actions can make a big difference.

I’ve traveled to many different cultures and places, met and studied with many beings ranging from indigenous healers to taoist masters in the mountains of China. The message that echoes throughout the world and traditions is that we are all one big family, we share the same blood, no matter the colour or shape of our bodies!

So now with all my experience… and more to come, i see the importance of sharing what i have learned and that which has worked for me and my dream is to to inspire, uplift & awaken as many people as i can.
